Had to skip yesterday as I got home too late from a Dr's appt to workout, bummer, but I'm above 50% (at the midpoint of the month) so it didn't hurt too much.
Bad news is that I don't think I'm going to be working out at all over T-day weekend. I'd counted on two days off and two light days, but I'm not sure I can get even the light days in as I'll be in Buckeye Fri-Sun and won't have access to equipment. Good news is that the weather is wonderful, so something like just going for a 20 minute walk is an option. If I do I'll post my times from my pedometer, which has proven to be pretty accurate.
