and one B-12
Ok Multi and the B-12 because I can't eat enough to keep my diet balanced. (there's actually a ton of other things I should be taking but hey I'm doing what I can)
Gluc is for my crummy knees, as long as I take it, my knees don't bother me, and since I'm working out so much that's saying something.
Ech (Ich?) I take when I travel because you're all such germy grubby people!
Excedrin - hey I'm traveling, headaches are a common occurance
Claritin - three words - Travel Induced Sinusitis - different pollens and air traces lead to a runny nose, once Claritin a day and I don't get a sinus infection.
So enough of that, let me give you the real numbers for tonight
The one thing I'll miss about the office gym, I can do a decent workout on one piece of equipment (like 20 minutes on the recumbant) and then do 30 on the elliptical.
Probably a short workout tomorrow since I'll be doing it before work. Then Flying home in the evening.
