I worked out 24 out of 31 days, the goal I set at the end of last month was completely blown away for one simple reason, I mis-remembered what it was and so I passed it some time ago :)

I had set 620 minute and 80K steps, somewhere I got it into my head that I'd decided on 95K, so what are you gonna do :)

Next month I'm setting my goal for 820 minutes (more or less alternating between 20 minute days and 40 minute days) and 102500 steps (125 steps per minute, kind of slow actually, but it keeps this old mans heart in the proper range for weight loss).

I've scheduled three days off completely (Friday 10th, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th) because of travel plans I have. Next week will be tricky, but I'm going to do my best to make my numbers. I'll explain the problems on the next rock.

I'm overcome with a desire to play with the numbers:

24 out of 31 - 7 days off

31 minutes average workout day, 24 minutes per calendar day. 4100 steps per workout average, nearly 3200 steps per day average across the whole month.
