No Nordic Track/Elliptical numbers, I was up in Chino Valley at a dog show.

The drive up took me through Precott and Prescott Lakes, along AZ 89 to Chino Valley. The drive was very pretty.

The dogs did good, and had fun, as did we. That's what really matters in the end, right?

Coming home, I saw a small herd of deer (antelope? too slight to be Elk) in a field off the side of the road.  They seemed to be moving from pasture to pasture and were pondering skipping around the next one over which had a large Black Male four-legged beast putting on an impressive show. I couldn't tell if it was bull or horse as I was traveling along at a good clip and only saw it out of the corner of my eye. But he was rearing up and had the deer looking on in amazement.

So no detailed numbers, but I did do a couple of miles of walking each day what with moving around the show and setting things up and all.

Hope you all had good weekends too!
