So I had a nice weekend off, a little walking, but I kind of blew keeping track of it when I forgot to put on the pedometer one day :(
Plan was to get in a good workout on Monday, but the drive from Albuquerque to Phoenix (at the end of Labor Day weekend!) was just too much for me. So much that I turned off the alarm this morning instead of hitting the snooze button.
Made up for it tonight though. And learned something. Don't work out watching an hour long show if you're not ready to work out the whole hour! It was hard to tear myself away when I was done, but somehow I managed.
(I think I'll just do a monthly running total, it's easier to follow my progress then if I were to do a whole years worth or some similar silly thing)
