Smaller numbers, but 15 is the new 10 so...
The last couple of days I've been wondering why my back and shoulders are bothing me. Kinda slow, that's me. The elliptical isn't a huge muscle building machine, but if you moved you arms back and forth over 37 thousand times for nearly 6 hours, you'd have sore shoulders too!
I'm encouraged by the pain, ok stiffness, not really pain.
What can I stress tomorrow? (Actually not much, I'm traveling and don't have access to equipment, I will try for some old fashioned walking though and see what that does to me.
